Jessanya's journey in wellness has always been a dance. From ballet to hip-hop, dance was her first language, revealing the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. After high school, she transitioned to yoga, initially for physical fitness, but it soon became a journey of self-discovery and healing after uncovering that it was much more than the physical asanas.

A life-changing decision to move to Panama, where she spent four transformative years, marked a defining chapter of her story. Living in a remote beach community, far removed from the hustle of city life, Jessanya found a new rhythm and harmony. Amidst the tranquility of nature and the simplicity of life, she developed 'PALOGA,' a fusion of Pilates and yoga. PALOGA was born out of a desire to create a holistic practice catering to both the physical and spiritual needs of her students.

Returning to New York, Jessanya brought back these holistic insights, aiming to help people find peace and balance amidst the city's bustle. Her mission is to inspire self-discovery and holistic wellness, emphasizing the transformative power of movement and mindfulness. Whether it’s through movement practices, or a still moment of meditation, it’s about finding harmony within ourselves and with the world around us. In a world that’s always rushing forward, she believes in the power of slowing down, breathing deeply, and moving mindfully.
