SOLSTICE CEREMONY:

We honor the energetic shift of the summer solstice with a special workshop. 

Come welcome the sacred solstice with sun salutations, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. Ritual is a powerful and energizing practice to start each season with clarity. 

Georgina Berbari, M.A., E-RYT, is an artist and yogini. Certified in yoga+meditation for a decade—including advanced training in Rishikesh, India—she is a life-long student of these ancient practices. 

Georgina’s style of teaching is rooted in Bhakti—devotion. In deep gratitude to all those who came before her and illuminated the path—especially her teachers Talia Sutra, Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan, and Lama Tsultrim Allione.
