20-hours of meditation training starting March 26th, ending May 14th. Learn about energy channels, chakras, gunas. Learn how subconscious operates and how you can reprogram it. This will be your supportive environment to practice. This will be a ground to help you gain trust in yourself, your own voice and release anxiety, fear, and blocks of ego.

Zita has been immersed in studies of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for more than 15 years. She lives in Brooklyn, and has been teaching kundalini yoga and meditation in NYC area and online for 11 years.
She has also been studying intuition development, channeling, tarot, past life regression, hypnosis therapy, history, philosophy.
