☯️🌿 TCM Workshop at Daya with Cindiraina

Join us this Sunday 2/19, for an end of the week collective self care session.

Let us fill our own cups with some extra self love this Valentine’s Day weekend!

    ⁃    We will explore the ecosystem of our own body with the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As we learn about how we can better care for our bodies, and tend to all of it’s layers, through expanding our awareness of our inner happenings and understanding the special relationship between our living organs.

    ⁃    Introduction to different TCM tools for everyday wellness, and practices to support our physical and emotional health. (Including: Auriculotherapy, Moxibustion, Acupressure, Seasonal herbs, and Food therapy). This workshop will be an opportunity for us to practice Moxa together and learn more about the varies Traditional healing modalities, and how we can incorporate these practices into our daily lives.

    ⁃    👂🏻 Ear seeds application will be available for you to receive and take home. So you can work with auricular acupressure points throughout the following week. (Moxa sticks and herbal teas will be provided during the workshop) 🌿🍵

About Cindiraina Zhai

Cindiraina Zhai is a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbalist who is passionate about spreading the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and sharing with more people holistic ways to balancing their bodies and living in good health from the lens of TCM. Cindiraina believes that the key to a balanced body and mind is to live in harmony with the seasons & cycles of nature around us, while also honoring our bodies internal cycles which may look different for all of us. She believes in the importance of learning to listen to the subtle messages of our body and developing an intimate understanding with the changes that happen within, so we may be better caretaker for our body and feel empowered in our health and our well being.
