Allow yourself a time for Self Care and Nourishment of the Divine Feminine. We'll start with a Yin Yoga practice accompanied with gentle meridian style Acupressure. Following by an optional cupping therapy session- weaving sound healing elements and aromatherapy. Honoring the elements and spirits of Mother Nature, we will then transition into a Cacao Ceremony and Sacred Sisterhood Circle- allowing space to connect, embrace, and seek self-love, spirituality & sisterhood. 💗
