"In the beginning, there was Sound."
Throughout history, countless sacred traditions have revered sound as the foundational force from which all creation arises. It is believed that sound is not just a phenomenon we perceive, but the very essence of existence itself—the vibration that gives life to everything in the universe. In these traditions, sound is seen as a bridge between the material and the spiritual, a powerful tool for transformation and a path to understanding the deeper truths of our being.
In this workshop, we will explore the sacred sounds of Nada Yoga and their impact on our psyche, physiology, and energy. Additionally, we will learn to listen to ourselves, flow with our own sound, and improvise in the present moment.
As we journey through sound, we will cultivate self-awareness by becoming observers of our own inner vibrations. This practice deepens our consciousness, helping us to transcend the noise of the mind and align with a higher state of being.
