Donation Based (All proceeds go to the neighbors of Daya House in Oxford, CT who lost their home in recent storm)

On August 18, at the end of a Yin Yang weekend retreat, severe storms devastated the area around Daya House in Oxford, Connecticut. Sadly, the neighbors across the street, Randi and her 3 year old son Rhylee, lost their home and all of their belongings in the storm. They do not have flood insurance, and therefore none of the damage is covered. 

In these initial moments of shock and loss, we witnessed and experienced the power of Sangha and the incredible community of Oxford. Neighbors showing up to house and feed, saving what we could help her save before the storm became severe. Neighbors helped our yogis and yoginis cross the river after the road collapsed and drove our Daya family to the train station and to Ubers. Love and compassion and care in action - community. 

Join us in Sangha on Saturday at 4:30pm at Daya Ridgewood to take action in community and support Randi and her son. All proceeds from our donation based class will go directly to Randi via a GoFundMe.
