Women & Femme Circle for Liberation

This circle is intended for anyone identifying as woman or femme to connect and support each other on our healing journey. The goal here is to allow our feminine energy to guide us as we honor  the most sacred parts of ourselves.

We’ll be using a range of healing practices with the intent to elevate the practitioner to meet their highest self. Meditation will be introduced to ground the body and guide the mind inwards, followed by some yoga and free movement to open us up. Afterwards, we will have time to freely express ourselves, an opportunity to journal, make art, pull an oracle card, or anything else you feel called to do. To conclude the practice, we’ll discuss our experiences and integrate with the support of each other.
