The sister science system of Ayurveda allows us to get to know ourselves and our relationship to the elements of life in a simply intelligent and embodied way.
This 3 hour workshop will guide us into deep awareness of the 5 elements, our unique make up, and how we relate to the predominant elements of spring (water & earth).
With this deep awareness comes the ability to discern right & harmonious action with what we eat, do, wear, think, practice and even say.
Along with a 75 min insightful talk and workshop on ayurveda & spring - we will also practice a pranayama, Asana, and meditation practice formulated to bring vitality, alertness, and purification to the body (seasonal practice).
