The veil is always thin, that’s why we call it a veil, but on Halloween, it’s as if the veil is removed all together, with spirit more present in the earth realm than any other day of the year. Honor your loved ones who have passed with this deeply devotional practice and focus on the crown chakra. Bring a photo or object that represents your angel to place on our altar, and a journal with a pen. This workshop will have meditation, asana, and shared reflection with community.
