3pm - silence of the trees - Lecture time - interactive art making

7pm - Yin Yang Yoga + Mantra
8:30pm - Fire, offerings
11pm - Quiet time

6am - forest walk silent meditation (optional)
7am - Yoga & Cupping, Healing Sessions
9am - Breakfast
10am - Garden work -n get your hands dirty and learn where door comes from
