Event Description:

Join us for the night of ecstatic expression through soma and voice.

Our emotions, body and voice are interconnected, and through this workshop we will rediscover and deepen this connection.

Ecstatic voice journey is designed to activate our true voice - the key to our authentic expression, inner guidance, clear communication, our power to create reality around us. Your physical and metaphorical Voice is related to your mission. Connecting voice to the body helps moving through the blockages and stucknes gracefully, to reconnect to our truth and empowerment.

We will start with Cacao Ritual to center in our hearts. We will move, breath, co-create together, and end with a Song Circle.
