Eyes Unlocked: Guided Dance Meditations offers a transformative experience for movers, empowering them to embrace the joy of dance free from judgment. By immersing themselves in the depths of their Divine Being, participants can truly connect with their bodies, emotions, and imagination. This extraordinary journey not only facilitates the release of fears surrounding isolation, self-doubt, anxiety, and inadequacy, but also provides a safe haven for self-expression and personal growth.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Negesti is a multifaceted dancer, choreographer, educator, and creator of "Eyes Unlocked," a guided dance meditation class. With training in West African, hip-hop, Afro-beats, and heels, her performances include Lincoln Center's Okay Africa festival, Janet Jackson's "Made for Now" music video, Essence Fest, Afropunk, and more. Negesti's choreography uniquely tells the story of spiritual warfare within the black body, portraying the journey towards healing despite challenging socioeconomic conditions. Her impactful work has graced venues such as La Mama Theater, Dixon Place, The National Black Theater of Harlem, and the Baxter Theater in Cape Town, South Africa.
