Kirtan is the “music of yoga.” It is a devotional practice of connecting to the heart through singing mantras and devotional songs. A Kirtan consists in singing ancient mantras as a meditative practice. This can be quite transformative and healing. It is perhaps best described poetically as a heartfelt gathering singing from their heart to their highest bliss.
What is Ceremonial Cacao?
The indigenous people of the Central and South Americas regarded cacao as the drink of love. The Mayans called it “heart medicine.” Theobroma Cacao literally means Cacao - Food of the Gods. The Aztecs called it Heart Blood.
Pure Cacao is a Superfood that has numerous health benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. It is a natural antidepressant and MAO inhibitor, meaning that it releases endorphins and other feel good chemicals, and keeps them in our brain for longer.
