In this workshop, we'll being exploring the basics of meditation, it's benefits, challenges, and the practice itself. Meditation is a life changing practice that allows us to train our mind into developing a deeper sense of awareness and joy. This class is accessible to all! Practices here are rooted in Tibetan Buddhism and helps us incorporate the practice into our daily lives, developing a consistent routine.
