7:30PM Open Hatha YogaClass has a constant flow, where the breath and movement is synchronized. Person moves on inhale or exhale, could be slow pace or fast pace. Usually very physical and intense practice. You will sweat.
Elements of Ashtanga Yoga are included.

11am Prenatal Yoga - no walk-ins - registration necessary Class is open to all but on a intermediate level, where students are able to adjust the practice to their own level.
