7:30PM Restorative/Gentle YogaRestorative yoga is a delicious surrender into quiet, supported postures on bolsters and blankets. However in this class we laso include a very slow paste warm up based on Sun Salutation and gentle stretches The poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress. The use of props provides a completely supportive environment for total relaxation, and each restorative sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions. 7:30PM Intermediate Hatha Yoga Class has a constant flow, where the breath and movement is synchronized. Person moves on inhale or exhale, could be slow pace or fast pace. Usually very physical and intense practice. You will sweat. Elements of Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga are included. Ania 1 hour
8:30PM Zumba The only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program, that blends all dances you can imagine and makes it into a hard work out. You don’t need to know how to dance. Its like a party. Maria 1 hour
